My work is rooted in breathwork, but it goes far beyond breathing techniques alone. Each session is a carefully held space that blends breath, gentle guidance, and intuitive support to help you reconnect with yourself and move toward greater balance and wellbeing.

 

Drawing on my life experience and compassionate approach, I work with you as a whole person — not just your symptoms. Through breathwork, we begin to release tension, quiet the mind, and create space for clarity and healing.
