Join me every Monday and Thursday at 8am for 30 minutes of live, guided online breathwork designed to energise your body, calm your mind, and set a positive tone for your day.

You can pay per session or sign up for a monthly subscription to save money and support your commitment to a consistent, invigorating morning practice.​​
