If you are unsure, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before attending.
No prior experience is required. Sessions are guided throughout and suitable for beginners.
Breathwork may produce a range of physical and emotional responses including:
Tingling sensations

Changes in body temperature

These responses are generally temporary. You are encouraged to return to normal breathing at any point if needed.
